A list price, not what people pay. Caldera's footnote: the MSRP is for the base model; options, delivery, tax, destination, installation and supply-chain surcharges are extra, and dealers set the actual price.

Common questions
How much does the Caldera Spas Kauai cost?
Caldera Spas lists the Kauai at $13,999 (checked Oct 2026). That's the maker's list price for the base tub; options, delivery, the electrical work and tax come on top, and the dealer sets the actual price.
Does Caldera Spas publish a list price?
Yes, on its own website. A list price is a fair way to compare tubs, but what you pay can land above or below it.
What is not in the sticker price?
Usually options, the cover and lifter if they aren't bundled, steps, delivery (and a crane if access is tight), the electrical circuit, a pad or base, and tax. Ask for each line in writing.
