Common questions

How long does the hot tub buyer's course take?

About 30 minutes: 10 lessons of three or four minutes each. Your progress is saved on your device, so you can stop and pick up where you left off.

Do I have to take the lessons in order?

No. They build on each other, so in order is easiest, but you can open any lesson from the list and skip ahead.

What do I get at the end?

A one-page showroom cheat sheet: the questions to ask, what to check in person, what a quote should list and how to make an offer. Print it or keep it on your phone.

Is the course free?

Yes. Lessons 1 and 2 are open to everyone; for the other eight we ask once for your first name, email, phone and ZIP. There's no account and no payment, and you tick a box agreeing that we and one dealer near you may contact you.
