Short answer
MSpa lists 14 inflatable hot tubs on its US site, each with a 1,350 W heater and an anti-icing mode. They hold 171 to 245 gallons, weigh 49.6 to 84.9 lb empty, and carry 6 months (Comfort) or 12 months (Urban, Premium, Muse) on the tub.

How fast does an MSpa heat up?
1.8–3.5°F an hour across the range, by MSpa's own figures. The Vito, Tekapo 4-person, Bergen 4-person, Soho, Portland and Carlton list 2.5–3.5°F; the Duet-Eco and Mono-Eco list 1.8–2.7°F. The heater is the same 1,350 W everywhere, two 675 W elements in the Comfort tubs.
Some of those figures are hard to square with the heater. 1,350 W can add at most 2.3°F an hour to 245 gallons with no heat lost, yet the Vito, Soho and Portland list 2.5 to 3.5°F at that size. MSpa doesn't say how it measured. Its US Comfort manual also lists heat-up with an optional thermal cover; for the Tekapo 4-person and Bergen 4-person that figure is 2.2–3.2°F and 2.7–3.7°F respectively.
What's the difference between MSpa's series?
- Comfort (Meteor, Tekapo 4-person, Tekapo 6-person, Bergen 4-person and Bergen 6-person): the tub inflates through a hose from the control box. It has a buckle cover, a UVC sanitizer and the shortest tub warranty, 6 months.
- Urban and Muse: the Vito, Aurora and Carlton inflate themselves from the control box (MSpa calls it M-One) and add ozone to the UVC sanitizer. The Carlton adds 4 water jets on a 195 W pump.
- Premium (Soho, Vento, Camaro, Portland): the tub inflates when you plug in, turn the knob and hold the bubble button. The cover has an inflatable bladder, and the model pages list no UVC or ozone.
- Verto (Duet-Eco, Mono-Eco): drop-stitch walls, with thousands of threads pulled taut inside the air chamber. You pump them up with the hand pump in the box, and they add UVC, ozone and the MSpa app.
7 models include a heat-preservation mat for under the floor; 10 list a UVC sanitizer and 5 add ozone. MSpa's Frame series and the foam-walled Cocoon-Eco are not inflatable, so they aren't on this page.
Can an MSpa stay outside in winter?
It is built to survive a cold snap, not a winter. Every MSpa lists an anti-icing system that warms the water to 37.4°F when it drops below 33.8°F. But MSpa's US manual says the spa shouldn't be set up or left out below 39°F. Read the anti-icing mode as protection for the pump and pipes, not as a reason to run the tub in freezing weather.
What does MSpa's warranty cover?
MSpa's US warranty page lists 12 months on the electric parts (the control box) for every model, 6 months on the tub for the Comfort series and 12 months for Premium, Urban and Muse. The Verto drop-stitch tubs aren't named, so we show no tub term for them. MSpa's warranty covers the first owner only.
